Flint Hill Wedding in Norcross, Georgia

Their day was finally here! This most perfect October day was the most elegant and breathtaking day for a Flint Hill wedding. Carly and her girls had spent the morning getting ready with Chick-fil-a in hand. The guys spent time together, watching football and catching up!

Carly and Zach had been waiting patiently for their moment, and as the time drew near, we knew this would be a day that would change their lives forever.

Carly and Zach chose the most perfect spot for their wedding day! A Flint Hill wedding is surrounded by beautiful trees and the most perfect cascading sun over the white home that sits on the property. As we captured the details of their magical day, you could sense that love was in the air and everyone was ready with smiles on their faces.

The greenery was so perfect, I had to use all of the amazing ivy! Flint Hill Weddings aren’t like others. You have many gorgeous backdrops for your views.

As Zach and Carly got dresses, you could tell the anticipation of seeing one another at the end of the altar was building. As we captured the getting ready shots, we were also honored to capture Carly and her Dad. Her Dad, Mark, was about to see his sweet girl in her gown for the first time. Not only was Carly a surprise to him on this Flint Hill Wedding day, she had some surprises up her sleeve, as well. Not to be outdone…Dad also had a special surprise for his most precious girl.

The wedding party and friends of Carly and Zach were some of the most precious people we’ve ever had the opportunity to capture. As the girls stood inside the doors on this Flint Hill Wedding day, we decided to let them come out one by one and see Carly! Their excitement did not disappoint. I will admit, I’ve never done a bridesmaids first look like this, but I love that Carly got to see each individual friend’s face as they saw her for the very first time.

The beautiful black door was the most elegant backdrop to this Flint Hill Wedding moment.

I mean, are they not beautiful? We were so surprised and excited to hear that Carly was choosing to wear a blusher as she walked down the Flint Hill Wedding aisle to her Prince Charming.

We had to spend a moment capturing her in all of the elegance. A part of me pictured an old English home with a beautiful princess out front ready to meet her prince. Who are we kidding? That is exactly who Zach and Carly are! Except, they’re the fun prince and princess, ready to get married and hit the Flint Hill Wedding dance floor!

Not to be outdone, the groomsmen we were ready for the picture moment. They walked the sidewalk of Flint Hill ready to put their best foot forward and smile! I was impressed with how excited they were to celebrate their friends on this Flint Hill Wedding day.

After their portraits, Zach surprised his bride with the most perfect gift. A letter T ring from Tiffany. She had noticed it in the store on one of their trips, and he surprised her with the gift of this ring before they walked down the aisle. Her excitement was over the moon and soon butterflies kicked in as she realized…it was time to walk down the Flint Hill Wedding aisle to marry her guy.

I am not sure I will ever get over the tears that Zach cried as Carly walked toward him, or the smiles and pride that Robin and Mark had as they escorted their beautiful girl down the aisle to her soulmate.

What a joy to witness their love and exchanging vows! They truly were so very happy!

Once family portrait time was over, we had a little party with the bridesmaids and groomsmen!

Flint Hill Wedding days may be fun, be we had our own private fun in the front before entering cocktail hour.

We laughed and sang! We even tried some of our favorite things that we knew this wedding party and couple could pull off!

The sun was setting quickly, so we dismissed the beautiful party back into our Flint Hill wedding venue and captured some moments of the bride and groom! They are so in love and we ran fast to grab the fleeting sun before it was time to bustle our girl and get ready for a very fun reception!

Will I ever get over these two? Probably not! This Flint Hill Wedding day did not disappoint, but the couple will stay in my heart and as friends forever! The love was flowing inside the reception hall as people ate and drank!

The cake was cut, the special desserts were served, and the catering staff even prepared burgers for an end of the night fun treat!

As we said goodbye to this fun couple, I couldn’t help but see the love from everyone for them. Their final walk down the front sidewalk on their Flint Hill wedding day was pretty special. People cheered and celebrated them before they jumped in a beautiful white Bentley, that was waiting for them. A quick kiss and they were off!

Just as the Flint Hill Wedding day started, it ended; with love and celebration for the most amazing couple!

I absolutely love their expressions…and as Carly ran to chat, I enjoy a minute with one of my favorite grooms!

Carly and Zach, there are no words for my love for you! You have cheered me on personally in the months leading up to your wedding day. You’ve encouraged me and offered support. You made me feel like family and I will never get over all of the special surprises and treats you prepared for me to make me feel so special. What a gift you are to me and my family, and to my business!
