Coosa Country Club Wedding in Rome, Georgia

Heading to Rome is one of my favorite ways to start a wedding day! When you’re headed to Rome, Georgia to shoot the wedding day for your cousin and your Dad is marrying them, well..it’s going to be a whole lot of fun. Even though we are a St. Simons Wedding Photographer these days, I will always be game to go back home!

Abby and Cole are two of my most fun people! They planned to most perfect wedding day at Coosa Country Club with many friends and family around. Abby chose gorgeous black bridesmaid’s gowns and the groomsmen were in sleek black suits with a black tie. Classic and clean was Abby’s vision for her day and she got exactly that!

Rome, Georgia will always have a piece of my heart. Anytime we get to go back for a wedding it’s like I am back home. Well, actually, I am! A born and raised Georgia girl and that is why I love being a Georgia Wedding Photographer so much. There isn’t a part of this beautiful state that disappoints. You will see that in all of the gorgeous images to follow.

The Coosa Country Club was the perfect back drop for this Georgia Wedding day.

The black shutters, the white home, the gorgeous sunshine, the perfect trees! This wedding day light did not disappoint and neither did the couple or their wedding party.

As you can see Rome, Georgia is full of amazing light and even better people.

And as the clock struck 5PM, the bride was escorted down the aisle, by her father, and greeted by her groom and their beautiful daughter to say, “I do”.
