It was a bright and sunny summer wedding in Woodstock and Canton, Georgia. This wedding had been long anticipated by both families and the time was finally here! Kristen and Ben were so ready to be married. They could have never anticipated their Woodstock Wedding day would have been so magical.

Of all the favorite things I love about a wedding day, the back story of how the couple met and their love adventure to their wedding day is one of my favorite things. This Woodstock Wedding was filled with romance and fun, but also vivid memories of how these two came to be.

Kristen and Ben met in elementary school. To hear Ashley, Kristen’s sister, tell the story…it was truly love at first sight. Kristen really liked this boy named Ben and I think you know the rest is history. These two would go on to be sweethearts through all of their school years and quickly fell in love. They attended college and now, they’re ready to start their life together.

On this beautiful Woodstock Wedding day, we arrived at the Fairfield Inn in Canton, GA to an excited and anxious bride. Let’s be honest, this girl was ready to see her groom. Right next door, at the other hotel, Ben was spending time with his friends and Dad just waiting for the moment to see his bride coming down the aisle in their favorite church for the Woodstock Wedding day.

Kristen was dressed and had the most precious first look with her Dad. You can tell these two have an amazing and special bond. Her Mom was right there to watch as he saw his daughter and baby girl for the first time.

We quickly headed off to St. Michael’s Archangel in Woodstock, GA because the wedding was drawing near. The 2PM ceremony was here, but not before these two had an emotional and special first touch. They prayed the sweetest prayers over one another. As the clock struck 2PM, this Woodstock Wedding day was at the hour. Kristen was a bride and about to be a wife.

Their hour ceremony in their church was filled with scriptures, love, communion, special moments with family and their Priest. Right as the clock struck 3PM, these two were pronounced husband and wife and Ben kissed his beautiful bride and made her his wife.

We enjoyed being at the church and taking in all of the sweet and traditional moments with them. Everyone was so kind and happy to be around this couple of their Woodstock Wedding day.

After the ceremony, the couple exited the church to the bells chiming and bubbles flying! It was a special leave we won’t soon forget. We captured some special images with just the two of them inside the church were they were just wed and then headed off to the Fairways of Canton Golf Club.

Once arriving, we chased the sun around the course, took their full wedding party photographs, and had some laughter with the bridesmaids and groomsmen. After a private moment in the cottage, these two were announced to they reception as Mr. and Mrs. Vester to a huge round of applause.

They danced and ate! They had special toasts and cake cutting. This Woodstock Wedding day was really something magical!

Before we headed out, we captured one more special moment with these two as the sun was setting on their beautiful Woodstock Wedding day. The toasted champagne and enjoyed a soft kiss before heading in to dance the night away with their friends and family!

Kristen and Ben, we are so honored to have been by your side through your engagement and special wedding day. We can’t wait to watch your marriage grow and to see all God has planned for you both!
