The presence of five other Amy Cole couples, who had previously celebrated their own unions, added a layer of camaraderie and shared joy to the festivities.

The ceremony was held indoors, offering an intimate setting that became luminous with the love and anticipation of the gathered friends and family. As they exchanged vows, the atmosphere was charged with emotion, especially touching for those who knew of Zach’s affection for Lila since their school days and his service to the country that had once kept them apart.

Following the heartfelt vows, the celebration moved outdoors to the lawn for a reception under the cloudy and cool sky. The setting at Oak Meadow was transformed into a magical evening landscape, where laughter and music filled the air, and the newlyweds danced their first dance as husband and wife.
