An Alabama Wedding Day at J&D Farms:: Southside, Alabama
We started our business in Alabama so it’s always a dream to go back over for an Alabama Wedding. Yesterday was such a fun adventure with Sara Beth and Hunter. We had a beautiful Alabama sunset along with some beautiful colors for the perfect day.
Sometimes you capture a wedding day that is full of life and party and lots of laughter. These two had a spunky wedding party. The colors from their day were magical for the fall sunsets that happen in Alabama. You add in the perfect vendor teams and it was a match made in heaven!
Sara Beth and Hunter are high school sweethearts. They’ve been together for 10 years and as they read their vows to each other it was pure emotion from this season of life. Josh and I looked at Hunter at one point and told him how special it was to watch him get emotional over his beautiful bride. He loves Sara Beth so much and these are the moments it makes our Alabama Wedding dreams come true! He adores her! She adores him! And you can tell they’re going to have the most beautiful and full life together!
Here’s the deal, I LOVE COLOR! I love when I get a bride that is full of sass ( and I do not think Sara Beth would mind me saying that about her at all, she wears it like a badge of honor just like I do) and full of beautiful colors. The florals did not disappoint and neither did the cake! I mean, you all know I love an Alabama Wedding day that has my favorite cake of all time! Don’t tell my other cake friends, but it’s true!
Now, everybody knows an outdoor Alabama Wedding at J&D Farms is the best. The light and the trees! It’s all of our favorites. This fall wedding day did not disappoint us at all!
Sara Beth cried as she told Hunter how much she treasured him and loves him and of course, Hunter did the same. I am telling you guys, these two are the real deal. It’s such a joy to capture a wedding day when the couple is so madly in love with one another!
Once these two said “I do”, we headed out into the famous J&D Farms field for sunset portraits and to get a little rowdy with some smoke bombs. Sara Beth had text me two days before and said, “So, I did a thing…” I won’t lie, it scared me! As soon as she told me, I knew we would have some fun and the proof is the pudding. We had a blast!
We finished off the night with amazing food, amazing cake, and an amazing DJ with the party happening!
We had a blast with these guys! What a fun Alabama wedding and one we will definitely never forget!
Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius!!!
