King and Prince Resort Wedding :: St. Simons Island, Georgia

A beautiful day at King and Prince Resort is always exciting. You add in this cool bride and groom and their families and it’s one we won’t soon forget.

We enjoyed a magical spring wedding day at King and Prince with Jennifer and Daniel! King and Prince is known for being a scenic view between Spanish Moss and deep blue waves. Jennifer and Daniel had been planning this day for a very long time and the sun was shining bright in this magical setting, at King and Prince.

We started the day in the beautiful bridal cottage. Jennifer and her girls were getting ready for the day and had their black summer gowns ready for portraits. While we made sure the girls were ready to go, the guys met on the lawn of King and Prince, for their prewedding photographs.. Josh captured Daniel in this final touches of getting ready. Daniel sported a very cool style with black suede loafers and amazing creamy, white tuxedo jacket.

The first look was perfect on the pristine lawn at King and Prince. The tears were flowing as Jenn’s dad and groom saw her in her stunning gown.

We captured their wedding parties and so much fun around the venue. We even got to work with one of our favorite Alabama wedding vendors, Kathryn Anne Weddings. It was so fun seeing her bring her creations to King and Prince for this special weddingl

The time was near, we finished, portraits and it was time for the ceremony. Their ceremony was located on the north front lawn, facing the ocean. You can’t picture a better view. Once the couple said “I do”, we headed to a favorite location, Avenue of the Oaks, to capture some romantic shots of this beautiful couple!

Avenue of the Oaks is a perfect spot for romantic images close to Sea Island. King and Prince is fortunate to be located close by.

Once we headed back to King and Prince, their special pup, Yeti, was waiting close by for us. We had so much fun getting images with him and catching up. We first met Yeti at their engagement session in Huntsville, Alabama. It was fun seeing him again! You know the Sullins are always game for some puppy love and cuddles! The King and Prince lawn was a perfect spot for a little pup fun.

After some fun and beautiful, romantic images, the couple entered the tent ballroom to applause as everyone was ready to celebrate this special couple at King and Prince. They ate and drank and had the most amazing time as their band played their favorite songs through the evening.

This King and Prince wedding day was a perfect way to celebrate this happy couple! We were excited that their day was finally here and love how much they were celebrated!

Congrats, Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson! We hope you two have the most fun and amazing marriage and life together!!!
